Semi-automatic FPI-Systems

These systems offer the possibility to execute some work steps automatically. Applying the liquid penetrant ensues automatically by immersion the specimen or by electrostatic spraying. Customers can also choose between an automatic or manual removal, which removes all excess penetrant form the specimen’s surface. Even the developer, who uses a blotting paper effect to make fissures visible, can be applied in various ways. Installing a turbulence chamber or electrostatic spraying is recommended if this step is to be executed automatically. Transporting workpieces from workstation to workstation is handled manually.
